As part of the strengthening of our offering and our team, we are recruiting a French-speaking profile based in Belgium, dedicated to developing the French market. This person will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer France. 

Could you be our next Business Developer? 

To strengthen our sales team for the French market, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and client-oriented colleague responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The Business Developer handles the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing. 

You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer France to grow our presence in the French market. Our clients include some of the top 200 brands in Belgium who already trust our solutions — now we’re expanding in France!

The Business Developer collaborates with several teams to drive success: pre-sales, post-sales Customer Success, and marketing — all supporting you in lead generation, demo structuring, and client conversion. We are looking for a true team player who can leverage all these resources as strengths. 

Your missions 

As Business Developer France, you will be based in Belgium but fully focused on growing our business in France, alongside the Chief Growth Officer France. Your role includes: 

  • Managing the full sales cycle: from prospecting to contract signing. 
  • Growing your client portfolio: 
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. 
  • Converting inbound leads into loyal customers. 
  • Retaining existing clients: 
  • Renewing contracts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  • Maintaining close relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction. 
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams: 
  • Working with the Chief Growth Officer France and pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing teams to maximize results. 
  • Responding to RFPs and preparing commercial documentation. 
  • Adapting to various stakeholders (PR, agencies, C-level, etc.). 

Your profile 

  • You have proven experience as a Business Developer, Account Manager, or Sales Executive. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent. 
  • Willing to travel regularly to France for client meetings (monthly or bi-monthly). 
  • You have a good understanding of the French market and are familiar with its media landscape. 
  • Real enthusiasm for media and data, especially in the French market. 
  • Solution-selling mindset with excellent persuasive skills. 
  • Independent, energetic, and a true team player. 
  • Fluent in French and English.

Recruitment process 

  • Phone interview (30 min) with Gloria (HR Manager). 
  • 1-hour Teams interview with Arnaud (CEO), Eric (Chief Growth Officer France), and Gloria to discuss your experience and motivations. 
  • 1-hour business case presentation with Eric, Arnaud, and Gloria. 
  • Final 30-minute meeting with Arnaud and Gloria.
