Auxipress is looking for its new Marketing & Communication Manager !  

 We are looking for an experienced digital and growth marketing manager to join our team and help the company grow successfully. He/she will be responsible for developing Auxipress’ reputation, brand image and visibility. 

✅ What you’ll do  

As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for all marketing activities and resources that contribute to the evolution of Auxipress, such as : 

  • Develop the visibility and attractiveness of Auxipress and participate in the development of solutions. 
  • Brief, participate in the design, follow up and optimize the marketing and communication campaigns broadcasted on our communication channels.   
  • Generate leads for commercial purposes. 
  • Brand (digital) visibility: website, social networks, search engine optimization (SEA & SEO) and ensure that our positioning, our solutions and our expertise are well positioned and referenced in the market.   
  • Brand (physical) visibility: managing partnerships, events where Auxipress is represented. Representation of Auxipress at these events.  
  • Writing and budgeting multi-channel marketing plans including brand and content strategy. 
  • Tracking the performance and marketing activities of the team.  
  • Work closely with the different teams: solutions, sales and customer service. 
  • Be responsible for significantly influencing Auxipress’ market presence strategy. 

✅ What you’ll need  

  • You have at least 1 year of previous experience in a Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager or similar role.  
  • You have a university degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or Business.  
  • You have an affinity for the world of media, brands and digital.  
  • You have a solid knowledge of Google Analytics (or are familiar with any other website analytics tool), Google Adwords (SEA), SEMrush (for SEO) and Hotjar (website UX improvement).  
  • You know how to use Business ads tools (Linkedin, Facebook etc.).  
  • You are sociable, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.  
  • You are fluent in French and English, or Dutch and English.
