Joachim von Beust, Managing Director at Auxipress, and his Management Committee announce the appointment of Didier Chevalier as CEO.
With this move, the Belgian leader in brand media monitoring and analysis turns a new page in its development, with even more innovation and digital solutions.
Didier Chevalier succeeds Christophe De Clercq, who has been CEO for 19 years. De Clercq is now taking charge of the Finance Department as Chief Financial Officer.
Didier Chevalier is 55, married and father of two grown-up children. He started his career at Wolters Kluwer France, where he held various positions during 17 years, including CFO Deputy, and Directeur des Filiales de Solutions de contenus juridiques. Between 2008 and 2017, he held several management positions at Argus de la Presse, French market leader in Media Monitoring and Analysis. He was Strategy and Development Director for four years. In 2017, he joins Auxipress and its Management Committee as Chief Strategy Officer.
For Joachim von Beust, Managing Director at Auxipress, there is no doubt that this change in the Management Committee is strategic in nature. It will reinforce and accelerate the new dynamic that took hold at Auxipress two years ago: “With Didier Chevalier as CEO, his expertise and his savoir-faire in innovation management, and Christophe De Clercq at the helm of the Finance Department, Auxipress consolidates its position as market leader, gearing up to face the new challenges in the coming years.”
Didier Chevalier has a clear roadmap in mind: “It is with great enthusiasm and awareness that I embark on this new journey at Auxipress. Brands, media and communication are going through a digital revolution. It is a turning point, but also a magnificent opportunity to grow and to further enhance our solutions. We will talk even more about visibility and branding, but also about platforms, media content and data. Innovation will be at the core of Auxipress governance, so we can share our new experiences with our clients.”
Of course, we wish the new CEO and CFO all the best in their new positions at Auxipress, which take effect today.
