October 2018 and the Mondial Paris Motor Show this year, are the two most important mediatization scores for the topics “electric car” since media measurement started to be taken in 2015.

Mercedes, Tesla and Volkswagen are the top 3 of the most mediatized automotive brands in 2018.
These three brands represent 21% of the share of media interest for the car industry.

  • The beginning of the year was the time when retailers were the most mediatized.
  • The trends are different between 2017 and 2018. Moreover, the mediatisation of retailers is more important in 2018 than 2017

Delhaize, Carrefour and Colruyt are the Top 3 of the most mediatized retailer brands in 2018.
These three brands represent 62% from the share of media interest in the whole sector.
