Portable rental batteries arrive in Brussels

Portable batteries to recharge our phone will soon be available for rent in bars and restaurants. They are in a box in which they are recharged automatically. When the code is scanned by the user with the application, the battery comes out of the box with 3 different types of chargers. This recharge will cost you 0.50 cents for half an hour.

Brand Voice is a new feature of Amazon Web Service that allows you to generate a personalized artificial voice. This will give an infinite number of possibilities to create a custom voice with a sound or tone that will be unique to brands and allow them to differentiate themselves from their competitors.

Venkat Arun has created a smart surface that can boost WiFi and phone signals. This surface includes thousands of antennas and maximizes the signal to the receiver. Most importantly, this prototype could play a concrete role as 5G and the Internet of Things approaches.

Ryan Roslansky will succeed Jeff Weiner as head of LinkedIn.

After 11 years as CEO of the social network LinkedIn, Jeff weiner is stepping down and will be replaced by Ryan Roslansky. Ryan is not just anyone, he was the first-person Jeff hired when he joined Linkedin, and since 2009 has been working with the current CEO to become his vice president.
