Tech Lead

Your Challenge: 

Within the Tech department of Auxipress in Brussels, the Tech Lead will be responsible for the following tasks:  

  • Develop new products for both internal and external clients with clear ownership over the whole lifecycle, including unit/integration tests and documentation. 
  • Define and implement microservices architecture applications using containers (Docker) and Kubernetes.  
  • Define and implement continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD) and Release Management strategy. 
  • Research emerging technologies, assess their applicability to our organization, and manage their implementation  
  • Daily technical coaching of the team and knowledge transfer  
  • Enforce best practices and standards based on our guidelines. 
  • Adoption of scalable and agile development methodologies 


Your Profile 

  • You have a master’s degree in IT with between 5 and 10 years of IT experience or equal by experience. 
  • You have very good knowledge of C# and ASP.Net with MVC frameworks (.Net Core…). Experience in Python is a plus.  
  • You have strong knowledge and proficiency in Angular. 
  • You have good knowledge in micro-services and Rest API. Knowledge of docker and Kubernetes is a plus.  
  • You have experience with relational databases (MS SQL and postGreSQL) Experience in NoSQL databases is a plus.  
  • You have experience in CI and CD, and Devops. 
  • You are eager to learn new technologies to choose the best one for the job.   
  • You are a team player and solution-minded. 
  • You have good communication skills and make sure that your interlocutors understand your explanations. 
  • You are proficient in French. Knowledge of English and Dutch is a plus.
