Could you be our new Customer Success Manager?

The Customer Success Manager is the bridge between us and our clients. He or she ensures a smooth onboarding experience and strong post-sales follow-up. As an ambassador for both the client and our organization, the CSM keeps collaborations on track and delivers an optimal customer experience. 🚀

The Customer Success Manager is there for the client, ensuring everything is delivered as promised and within the agreed timeline. The goal? Turn every client into a loyal partner and create opportunities for growth. 💡 Through guidance and support, the client gets the most out of our solutions. In addition, the CSM turns the client relationship into a valuable feedback channel, allowing us to continuously innovate and improve.

🎯 What you’ll do

Onboarding, training & client relationships 🚀

  • Provide clients with a smooth onboarding experience, including in-depth training on our platform and solutions.
  • Ensure clients fully understand all functionalities and get maximum value from them.
  • Organize regular training sessions and webinars to support larger groups of clients.

Customer satisfaction, retention & renewals 🤝

  • Manage a client portfolio and ensure long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Develop strong strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Contribute to a streamlined customer journey within Auxipress.
  • Actively listen to clients to understand their needs and respond accordingly.
  • Proactively work on contract renewals and build strong client relationships.
  • Grow the client portfolio by identifying new opportunities and generating leads.
  • Share valuable growth opportunities with the sales team and help create tailored solutions.
  • Support clients in developing strong communication strategies using our data.📊

 

💪 What you’ll need

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or any client-facing role.
  • Affinity with media, digital, marketing, communication, or PR sectors.
  • Comfortable working with data and technology. 📊
  • A true team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented, able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email, combined with strong listening abilities.
  • Able to work independently and flexibly, with a proactive mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
