Could you be our new Customer Success Manager? 

The Customer Success Manager acts as the link between our company and our clients. They ensure a smooth integration (onboarding) and provide rigorous follow-up after the sale. As an ambassador for both the client and our organization, the CSM keeps the collaboration on track and ensures an optimal customer experience. 🚀 

The Customer Success Manager supports clients and ensures everything is delivered as promised, on time. The goal? To transform each client into a loyal partner and create growth opportunities. 💡 Through tailored support and guidance, they help clients get the most out of our solutions. Additionally, they make customer relationships a valuable feedback channel, driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do 

Onboarding, training & client relationship 🚀 

  • Ensure a smooth integration by providing thorough training on our solutions. 
  • Ensure clients understand all the features and make the most of them. 
  • Regularly organize training sessions and webinars to support a large audience. 

Customer satisfaction, retention & renewals 🤝 

  • Manage a client portfolio and ensure long-lasting, satisfactory collaborations. 
  • Develop an effective retention and growth strategy. 
  • Participate in optimizing the customer journey at Auxipress. 
  • Actively listen to clients to understand and anticipate their needs. 
  • Work proactively on contract renewals and establish trust-based relationships. 
  • Identify new opportunities and generate leads. 
  • Share opportunities with the sales team and help design tailored solutions. 
  • Assist clients in creating an effective communication strategy using our data. 📊

What you’ll need 

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Digital, Marketing, or a similar field. 
  • Affinity with the media, digital, marketing, communication, or public relations sectors. 
  • Comfortable with data and technology. 📊 
  • Team spirit and excellent organizational skills. 
  • Client-oriented and able to manage stress. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral), with good listening abilities. 
  • Capable of working autonomously, flexibly, and proactively. 
  • Fluent in French and Dutch. English is a plus!
