Could you be our new Business Developer?

To strengthen our Business Development team, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and client-oriented professional. Your mission: identify and develop new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with our existing clients.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager and the Chief Growth Officer to further expand our presence in the Belgian market.

Our clients include many brands among the top 200 in Belgium, all convinced by the value of our solutions. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

You will collaborate with different teams to succeed: a Customer Success team and a Marketing team that supports lead generation, structures demonstrations, and helps convert prospects into clients.

We are therefore looking for someone who can leverage this collaboration to achieve their goals.

 

🎯 Your impact at Auxipress

Full sales cycle

  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects.
  • Deliver demonstrations with the support of presales and Customer Success.
  • Negotiate and close deals.

 

Development and management of your client portfolio

New clients

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Belgium.
  • Convert inbound leads.

Existing clients

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure regular follow-up.
  • Ensure contract renewals.

Strategic client engagement

  • Translate client needs into tailored solutions.
  • Prepare documentation for tenders.
  • Adapt your communication to your audience: PR, agencies, C-level executives, etc.

 

💪 Your superpowers

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Business Developer, or in a similar role.
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Affinity with the media and brand ecosystem.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Solution-oriented approach (solution selling).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Autonomous and flexible.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

📞 1-hour call with Gloria, our HR Manager, to get to know each other.

👥 1-hour interview with Nicolas (Sales Manager), Dimme (Chief Revenue Officer), and Gloria to present the role and explore your experience.

📋 1-hour interview to present a business case with Dimme, Nicolas, Gloria, and Arnaud (CEO).

🤝 Final meeting.
