G4S itself has a young social media policy. They then decided to investigate their presence on social networks a little deeper by means of one of our services, Universal Insights. Thanks to Universal Insights, G4S got a better picture of their social media policy. After observing, analysing and evaluating their communication on social networks, they were able to identify points of improvement and put them into practice. This brought positive results, especially in terms of sentiment.
